Back in 1975, the young Madhukar Sutar established Shree Ganesh Wood Packing taking over the reins of carpentry from his father.
Later on he passed this legacy to his sons, Sandeep and Santosh Sutar.

Sandeep and Santosh Sutar started their entrepreneurial journey over 20 years ago. Their father, the brainchild of the company since its inception in 1975, entrusted them to take over the reins of business, They dedicatedly worked their way to the top learning the ropes of wood packaging industry. In the initial years, they crafted handmade wooden products like cartwheels, furniture, toys, etc. Their transition from artisans of handmade expertise to successful industrialists in wood packaging segment is remarkable. Today both of them perceptively devise innovative solutions in wood according to the requirement specifications of their clientele from diverse industry segments. Excellence and honesty are the mainstays of their work culture and they have been imbibing these in every aspect of their business.

The company has a systematic process for producing wood packaging solutions. It starts with the sourcing of wood
is sourced from forests of Pune, Kerala and also imported from Germany. It has the government licence for
felling of trees which makes procurement of wood easy.
Post felling, the trees are transported to the factory where they are cut into logs according to size on machine one. The logs are further cut on machine two according to requisite sizes. The extra machine is useful in case of emergency workload. The bandsaw machine, the third machine, further saws the wood in perfect sizes. The wood then undergoes trimming, planing, and finishing on the German-made machine four. The assembly of pallets is done in phase five wherein compressor-powered mechanized nailing is done.
The Ranjangaon plant exclusively manufactures pallets from pinewood for export purpose. It ensures the maintaining of high standards of excellence in every aspect of manufacturing.
